Saint Frances Academy uses an electronic application for prospective scholars. THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATION. Following are the steps to apply for admissions:
STEP ONE. Create an account, complete, and submit an Application for Admission via the enrollment portal.
NOTE: There is a $50 non-refundable application fee at the time of submission.
STEP TWO. Upon completion of the Application for Admission, READ and follow the directions on the pop-up to schedule an admissions interview via the enrollment portal.
NOTE: We strongly discourage using a mobile phone when scheduling the interview. Please register using a desktop computer.
STEP THREE. If accepted, the family will receive a letter of acceptance, waitlisting, or denial. Accepted families will receive a link to register via the enrollment portal. NOTE: There is a $150 non-refundable registration fee at the time of submission.
- Prospective scholars submitting preferred applications are guaranteed a seat if registered and enrolled by listed deadlines
- Prospective scholars submitting a standard application are accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis, for the respective grade bands, as they complete the enrollment process.
- Prospective scholars submitting applications after the standard deadline are eligible to register and enroll as long as seats remain available
ALL families must complete this application to be considered for enrollment. ALL families must submit their IRS Tax Return Transcript to be considered for financial aid or scholarships. The earlier qualifying families apply, the better their chances of receiving financial aid.
To prepare for submission of the application, you will need to upload the following items:
- Submit a request for student records to your student’s current school.
- If your school is forwarding your student records, you will need to upload your most recent report card.
- Obtain the IRS Tax Return Transcript (NOT THE TAX FORMS) of the custodial parents/guardians; alternatively, you can call the IRS at (844) 545-5640 to pick one up.
- Obtain a copy of the most recent IEP/504 Plan (current), if applicable.
All documents are to be uploaded in PDF format. If you need assistance follow these handy instructions to scan from your phone.
NOTE: ALL documents must be received before an admission decision will be made.
