Smart Tuition

St. Frances Academy uses Smart Tuition to manage payment of all tuition payments. This service offers families online account access, monthly invoicing of tuition & fees, payment processing, and access to customer service number available to help at (888) 868-8828.

An advantage of using the Smart Tuition portal is families have 24-hour access to their tuition accounts and are able to review balances and make payments online. Additionally, if a family chooses to call in, the customer service team is able to:

  • Provide tuition balances and account information
  • Accept a payment or update payment information
  • Review payment history
  • Update personal and contact information
  • Provide or change your online username and password
  • Address concerns regarding the tuition account

With Smart Tuition the family may pay using their debit card or VISA™, MasterCard™, American Express™ or Discover™ credit. VISA Checkout™ virtual wallet is also available. Alternatively, a family may use their checking or bank account to pay; either by mailing a check, making a one-time payment online, calling in a payment by phone, or by setting up automatic monthly payments directly from your checking or savings account. Mailed checks should include your Smart Family ID and be sent to:
