Graduation Requirements
St. Frances Academy requires 28 credits for graduation.

Four credits in Religion,

Four credits in Electives

Three credits in Mathematics, including two in Algebra and one in Geometry

Three credits in Science, including one in Biology

Three credits in Social Studies (including US History and American Government)

Two credits in a Foreign Language

Two credits in Rites of Passage (Boys to Men or Sisters)

One credit in Computer

One credit in PE/Health/SAT Prep

One credit in African American Studies
- Community service hours.

The week is divided into 40 periods for instructional purposes. Each day contains eight periods. A course usually meets every day. Students take seven classes per day, with one period for lunch.

Each student enrolls in seven courses each year. Each student must pass all Courses. A course may be dropped only in extraordinary cases and then only with the approval of the principal.
