Oblate Sisters of Providence
St. Frances Academy is an independent Catholic high school owned and operated by the Oblate Sisters of Providence.
As of June 2009, the Council of the Oblate Sisters of Providence consists of the following:

Sr. Clarice Proctor, OSP - Vicar
Sr. Constance Fenwick, OSP - 1st Councilor
Sr. Dora Fernandez, OSP - 2nd Councilor
Sr. Trinita Baeza, OSP - 3rd Councilor
